By
Green Greece Cooking

The ancient Greeks were the first to discover the benefits of the (as we know it today) Mediterranean cuisine.  Olive Oil as a base, as well as fresh, seasonable ingredients, blended with herbs and spices such as oregano, rosemary, thyme, that grow in the slopes of Mt. Pelion, provide not only the best of taste, but also it provides a lot of medical benefits.

On our cooking classes you will learn from the best, how to use the freshest ingredients and bring put the best of taste, as well as how to treat your food with love and kindness.

Our aim on these trips is to show you the philosophy of our mothers and grandmothers when they were preparing the familys meals.  In there all their love and attention was gathered, and was brought to the families table, that still is the centre of the everyday life as well as the glue of the typical Greek family.
